Choir Receives Highest Possible Ratings

We are very proud to announce the results of this year’s Music Performance Assessment adjudication festival at Westminster College:

Wilmington Chorus, Grade Level IV
Judge 1: Superior,
Judge 2: Superior,
Judge 3: Superior
Final Rating: Superior (this is considered to be “Beyond Advanced” on the Keystone and PSSA Exams, generally described as a grade of “A+”)

Wilmington Chamber Singers, Grade Level V
Judge 1: Superior,
Judge 2: Superior,
Judge 3: Superior
Final Rating: Superior

Wilmington Women’s Choir, Grade Level IV
Judge 1: Superior,
Judge 2: Superior,
Judge 3: Superior
Final Rating: Superior

It is incredibly difficult to receive straight Superior ratings from the three judges and this is the first time in school history that all three groups have achieved this accomplishment in a single year. Please take a moment to congratulate any high school chorus members that you may know and thank you as always for supporting Wilmington’s strong choral program!
